The boys with the help of cousin Isabel, decorated their first Gingerbread house. With a little direction from Mommy, the kids did a great job and the house turned out beautiful! It was tough to get them to not eat the candy that goes on the house and the best line after we were finished was "can we eat the house now." If you've ever made a Gingerbread house before, you know how hard the frosting gets aside from the fact that the gingerbread itself is hard as a rock. Try convincing preschoolers that it wouldn't taste good if you ate it! Maybe next year, we'll make our own homemade gingerbread to decorate, that way they can eat it!Click on slide show to go to photo album:
